Dear Ms Ming,

Now that we are back in England, I just wanted to let you know that all the arrangements you made for us went well. All the flights were on time save our last one Hanoi to Hong Kong which was 4 hours late. The hotels were excellent - especially in Hanoi, which was very well located. The visit to the Cnetral highlands was interesting with your excellent guide. So thank you very much for your very efficient service, which my wife and I really appreciated.

It was also good to meet you. We really enjoyed our visit to Vietnam. Sadly the weather in the north was cold and wet which rather spoiled our visit to Sapa but the train and the Victoria Hotel were excellent. My wife also enjoyed the shopping......
