"our stay at the New World Hotel was excellent. the room was clean and well presented. all hotel facilities were described in the room information. the pool and surrounds were amongst the best I have seen in the 43 countries I have visited. the gym was very user friendly and clean. breakfast was impressive except for so many people smoking. checkin was quick, friendly and efficient."

"Very good hotel near Ben Thanh Market with excellent buffet breakfast. Too much air conditioning. I forgot my cell phone in the bed and called the hotel the next day. Nobody had found it and no one seemed to care about it..."

"This is the fourth time we have stayed at the New World Hotel. The service,location,facilities and breakfast are all first class.Definately the best value in Saigon."

"I like the location of this hotel and the surrounding area with a good choice of restaurants, park across the road and Ben Thanh market just down the road. The facilities are very good and the pool is lovely.The gym is readily accessable and dose not seem to be over patronised by local members which I have found to be a problem in other hotels. The pool is probably not highlighted enough and is supposed to be the largest hotel swimming pool in HCMC.The water temperature is just right and never seems to be crowded and is open until 10pm. What annoyed me about this hotel is that they do not supply any long life or powerded milk with their in- room tea and coffee facilities.They do supply ground coffee and a coffee machine but if you wish to have milk in you ground coffee or black tea you need to order some from room service or buy some yourself from outside the hotel! I found this odd for a 5 star property."
