"Pleasant good room with balcony. The balcony has to be closed when it rains otherwise the water will poor inside. The bathroom was very small, no bath tub, shower water temperature fluctuate constantly. The swimming pool is good size and has very nice location. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff friendly, helpful and well trained. Hygiene concern: I observed the toilet attendant rerolling used hand towels for the use of other guests. Overall not too bad but overpriced."

"Excellent hotel on the beach. Very nice facilities and very helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is great. The dinner buffet is expensive. You can eat downtown very cheap. They have a free shuttle to take you to the old town. It runs 5 or 6 times a day. last one comes back at 8:30 PM. Taxis are cheap. Hoi An is a fantastic place. Definitely recommend Victoria Beach Resort."

"Having stayed at this hotel 12 months earlier with many issues mainly as a result of the refurbishing work, I am delighted to say that the overall quality of the hotel is marketly improved. The location is great and the overall quality of the resort is exellent. "

"Stayed at a beachfront bungalow(japanease style) for 6 nights on our honeymoon. The bungalow is well worth it...very contemporary and romantic. This place is awsome! The food is fantastic, especially the dinner buffet(try the local cau lau soup!) the beach is fantastic,private. We just stepped out our door every morning for a dip in the south china sea. The pool is aslo great. The staff were friendly(hi Trung!). Highly recommended especially the beach bungalow."
